Our academic mentors typically work one on one with students so they can give each student their full attention. In special cases, we will work in small groups of 2 or 3 students, but only if the students work extremely well together and we agree that a group environment is beneficial to all. For groups of 2 or 3, we charge 50% more per hour. For example, for an Master Academic Mentor working with 2 or 3 students, the total hourly rate would be $150 per hour.
For college application essay coaching, we charge an hourly rate as described above, or we can offer fixed fee pricing. The fixed fee is $1,200 for the student’s first choice college. Most students will be able to use the essays from their first application for most or all of their other applications. However, if the student needs assistance with additional application essays, we can help at greatly-reduced rates.
